We are thrilled to introduce ourselves as the new owners of Kelso House Holiday Flats! After completing a full refurbishment of our four apartments, we can't wait to welcome you and your families. We're here to offer any advice you need to make the most of your holidays.

Pets are more than welcome at Kelso House, as long as they are house trained. We kindly ask that they are not left alone for more than 2 hours and that you bring their own beds and other essentials—no need to bring bowls, as we'll provide those.

Please be mindful of other guests if your pets are barking. Pets stay at no extra cost, but any damage or uncleaned mess will incur a cleaning or damage fee.

Very impressed how clean the flat was. Smelt clean and fresh. Plenty of room in the kitchen to sit at a table, and everything supplied to prepare your own food. Excellent location for Clevelys shopping center (3 mins walk). I was on the top floor, and had a great view over Cleveleys and could see the prom in the distance (only 6-7 mins walk).

Despite overlooking Kelso Road, with the tramline, it was very quiet (could hardly hear the traffic) and amazingly, for Cleveleys, no seagull noise!

Conveniently situated for transport links, and shops. Spacious accommodation. Quiet area. 5 minutes’ walk to beach Pets welcome.
